AWE Cosmeceuticals™ reserve the right to cancel orders at any time. Wholesale orders via our website will not be accepted. All promotions, sales and codes will finish on the specified date according to AEST. Dispatch and delivery dates are provided as a guide only. We take no responsibility for any failure to deliver products within the expected delivery time. Order must be paid for in full prior to delivery. Orders can only be placed with AWE Cosmeceuticals™ by persons with capacity to contract who are over the age of 18.
Returns At AWE Cosmeceuticals™, we endeavour to have your product to you in a timely manner and in perfect condition. Should you wish to make a claim for a refund for either products damaged in transport or incorrect goods received, please note, this must be done within 7 days of receiving your goods by telephone on 1300 759 828 or via email to email@example.com. After your request in writing for an exchange or refund, we shall either re-supply the item/s, or refund the relevant invoice. Importantly it is your responsibility to review the goods received prior to their opening. Goods received, even in the event of incorrect supply, shall only be returned for re-supply or credit if the goods are unopened & in their original condition. Please note, AWE Cosmeceuticals™ will not provide a refund if you simply change your mind on an item, so please choose carefully.
Changing your order after placement Amendments to orders may be made by contacting us by telephone on 1300 759 828 or via email to firstname.lastname@example.org. If your order has already been dispatched we regret that we will not be able to exchange the product.

SHIPPING International Shipping AWE Cosmeceuticals™ is pleased to ship products worldwide, at a flat rate of $AU20 for all international deliveries. Orders over $AU150 will receive FREE delivery. This will be applied at the checkout.
** Important information for international orders Please note AWE Cosmeceuticals™ cannot be held responsible for for duties and taxes charged by the country we have shipped to. We will also not re-send articles which have been returned to us due to the customer not collecting the item. As the receiver, it is your responsibility to arrange collection of the item should you not be home to accept the delivery. International orders typically take 7 to 14 days for delivery.
