Refund policy
At AWE Cosmeceuticals, we endeavour to have your product to you in a timely manner and in perfect condition. Should you wish to make a claim for a refund for either products damaged in transport or incorrect goods received, please note, this must be done within 7 days of receiving your goods by telephone on 1300 759 828 or via email to orders@awecosmeceuticals.com.au.
After your request in writing for an exchange or refund, we shall either re-supply the item/s, or refund the relevant invoice. Importantly it is your responsibility to review the goods received prior to their opening. Goods received, even in the event of incorrect supply, shall only be returned for re-supply or credit if the goods are unopened & in their original condition.
Please note, AWE Cosmeceuticals will not provide a refund if you simply change your mind on an item, so please choose carefully.
